TKO Systems operates as TKO Computers, TKO Computer Systems, TKO. TKO has been in business since 1992 and has adobted new terms and Conditions since then. TKO Systems was purchased by Robert Aldridge in November 2007. We still operate and handle customers in the same fashion. We take pride in offering great Service and or Solutions to our customers. TKO also handles each customer on a one on one basis.

Ordering:

• By submitting your order to TKO SYSTEMS, you are to be bound by these terms and conditions, expressed on this site, and or any affiliate TKO sites we reproduce unless otherwise expressed.
  
  Terms and conditions, disclaimers, prices, products, images, discounts, may be changed without notice at anytime, and at the sole discreation of TKO COMPUTER SYSTEMS. 
  
  
  All orders are subject to review and acceptance by TKO Computers, prior to the final sale. All Prices, Products are subject to change so your order may be declined, at anytime without discreation.
  
  TKO will not handle, offer, or hold rain checks, and or price freezes for any customers. Since the products change, discontinued, and shipping/handling, may change the final selling price to you. Please be advised TKO will try its very best to give you the best price available. We are however not responsible for any distribution, Supplier, or incorrect errors or Misguided information given to us prior to postings. We appoligize for any inconvience this may cause, however sometimes these things are out of our control.
  
  All prices at TKO.ca - Online Store - are in Canadian dollars, and do not include the applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. The prices do not include shipping and handling, and shipping insurance(s). Price charged for orders will be the price at the time of the order.
  
  Order Acceptance Policy:
  
  
• Receipt of order confirmation sent directly to you does not signify our acceptance of the order nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. TKO reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at anytime.

 

• Only based on Post sale Product costs/shipping/taxes confirmation will our acceptance of your order be confirmed. All orders must be pre-approved with an acceptable method of payment before shipment occurs. We may require additional information for verification purposes before we accept any order.

 

• We may require Proof of ID such as a Driver Licence, front and back photocopy of your Credit Card, and or other forms of payment. Due to online fraud we are forced to follow these rules. At TKO we may require you to stop in to sign your copy of reciept. or a Payment form faxed back to us prior to shipments, pickups made. A standard form maybe downloaded and faxed back to us with proof of ID.

Ownership Title:

Ownership title to products purchased from TKO Computer Systems/Suppliers passes to you when the product is shipped/purchased from the retail store or Online Store. Title to copyrighted material remains with the licensor of the material or the copyright holder.

Webpage Errors:

In the event of Typographical Errors. TKO reserves the right to: cancel orders at anytime, which may or may not have been confirmed, including orders which may have been paid for, or charged to your credit card. In the event a charge has been made to your credit card, TKO Computers will immediately issue a credit back to your card within 24 hours. Depending on what Financal Insitution(s) you use, it is possible a 1-3 days delay may occur.

Recycling Fees:

As of April 1, 2009, the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) program plan became effective under the Waste Diversion Act, 2002 (WDA), which was introduced by the Ontario Ministry of Environment. To ensure the designated electrical and electronic products are recycled properly, the WEEE program plan requires fees to be paid for the Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) supplied to Ontario. This is being regulated by Ontario Electronic Stewardship (OES).

Under this regulation, TKO Systems will be charging additional recycling fees on purchases based on the fee structure provided by OES. Click here for the fee structure. Such fees only apply to the products purchased within the province of Ontario. Since these fees are additions to the costs of products, they will be reflected on your invoice at the point of checkout.

What can i do with my old Electronics?

Laptops, desktops, LCD Monitors, and other devices within 7 years (XP generation), printers will not be accepted unless in full working order.  TKO is not large enough to have storage containers outside our building. Please do not place electronics outside our building. The township, will fine those responsible for garbage, camaras are watching the area. Please feel free to call us, 519-235-0996 or drop in with your electronics anytime from 9am till 5pm monday to friday, Saturdays from 9am till 1pm. Otherwise you have electronic waste disposal at Bluewater recycling at no charge. In some cases we do offer up to 25 dollars for Laptops, netbooks, and Desktops. We however are not in the position to offer anymore then that. Consignment sales are not available.

Freight, Shipping and Handling:

It is your responsibility as the buyer, for all applicable charges including but not limited to; freight, shipping/handling, and taxes associated with the purchase. These Costs, Prices will be extra from the orginal purchase price.
All orginal prices will not include shipping, handling, and taxes. These will be applied after.

Shipping and Handling will vary depending on areas of transport. These prices will not be included in the orginal purchase price. Orders placed may have extra charges applied to the credit card, by the shipping company. TKO uses UPS, and Purolator as a primary handler within Ontario. At this time TKO does not ship outside of Ontario.

Currently HST 13% will be applied on all purchases, including Software Licences purchased in Ontario. 

Drop shipments will be arranged for you if you require them. Otherwise all orders will be picked up at TKO Computer Systems 360 Main St. S. Exeter, Ontario N0M 1S6

Risk and Issues associated with shipping:

When TKO Computer Systems ships the product to the customer, our liability for damage on the shipment will be limited to the coverage provided by the carrier's terms and conditions, We do not provide extra insurance from TKO for the products shipped to you. TKO is limited to the Carriers Coverage, terms and conditions. You may wish to purchase additional insurance coverage from the carrier for the full value of the product when you order. This should help when damages are done in the hands of the carrier. The appropriate request should be made when you submit your order request. TKO Systems can not give any delivery guarantee such as specified time or date. All shipping dates/costs are estimated from information provided by the carrier and internal processing time.

Issues can arrise with damages to your container. We request before the driver leaves, and you recieve the container to inspect any holes in the boxes, open tape, and or collapsed issues. A claim can be started with the driver, and the carrier is able to see the damages from opening up the box (es) before you. Failure to do so, can result in time, and proper carrier proceedures.
